This is a favourite for many very succulent and will just fall off the bone.
The whole shoulder can be roasted (though is a little harder to carve than off the bone) but has a beautiful flavour from being cooked on the bone. It lends itself best to being cooked long and slow after which it will simply fall off the bone. It can be used for alternative to the popular ‘pulled pork’.
We butcher every week and so if we do not have your cut in stock it will be available with the next week’s butchery and we only charge you for the exact weight of your cut – not an average weight.
