Our COVID-19 Policy

What to expect and what we will ask of you when you attend one of our Courses on the Farm

We are doing everything we can to keep both you and us safe and well. We are closely following Government advice and will adjust as and when required. Our aim is to run the courses safely and not impact on your experience. By the very nature of the courses and weather permitting we will spend a lot of time outside which helps greatly!

As per current government guidelines, outdoor gatherings are limited to members of any 2 households (or support bubbles), or a group of at most 6 people from any number of households.

We have decided to limit the number of attendees to any course to 6 regardless of whether you are from the same household or not. By doing this we can accommodate individual bookings and ensure that everyone’s experience is not compromised.

The toilet facilities available are for the attendees of the course only and hand sanitiser is available throughout the day. The farm is a working farm and so we cannot ensure all surfaces outside are sterile. The area where we will be based for lunch and the theory side of the course will have been thoroughly cleaned in advance of the course.

What we need to ask of you:

The most important thing for everyone is that if you feel compromised in advance of attending one of our Course – please do not attend, we can postpone your booking and find a new date.

If you have booked as a group (two or more) unless we are told otherwise we will treat you as a household/bubble – i.e. you will be seated together for the theory side of the course and for lunch.

We will facilitate social distancing between each ‘group’ of attendees throughout the course. As you can appreciate once we are out and about on the farm it is the responsibility of everyone to be mindful and respectful of each other and maintain 1 metre + between the groups.

We are looking forward to welcoming you all to the farm and thank you in advance for helping us make the day safe and enjoyable for all.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
