The neck can be kept whole or it can be cut into stewing joints or filleted. It is a very tasty cut of Kid and is best cooked long and slow.
We butcher every week and so if we do not have your cut in stock it will be available with the next week’s butchery and we only charge you for the exact weight of your cut – not an average weight.
All our orders are delivered in chilled recycled boxes that are insulated by the innovated product Woolcool© a eco-friendly and highly sustainable packaging.
