Our Kid Meat

March 2023 – We had to take the difficult decision to moth ball our business after nine years in 2022 due to the all our input costs rising to an unsustainable level.  We are small family run farm and could not continue under such conditions.  As such we DO NOT HAVE ANY MEAT AVAILABLE at present. We hope to start up in the future so watch this space…..  Lizzie is still running courses from the farm and offering her consultancy services.

 

‘Our Kid Meat is fully traceable – as it is from our farm to your plate – all the meat we sell has been raised by us, so we know exactly how it has been reared from start to finish. All our kids are reared to the highest standards without compromise. All our Kids are Billies from one dairy farm – they are a by-product from the production of Goat’s milk.  We rear them in as natural an environment as possible on a grass-based diet.’

Things to Note

If you would like something that is not listed below, please just send Lizzie an email and we will do our best to meet your needs.

All our cuts will be vacuum packed and labelled and will be fresh unless they are being purchased as frozen.

We are often sold out one week in advance, but we butcher every Monday so if we do not have what you require, the wait is not too long!

Please note – this is not an online checkout system, the order will be sent to Lizzie who will process your order and contact you directly.

Collection from the farm is available – subject to date and time.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges for all orders are £15.

Tuesday – Thursday delivery available only.

Your order will arrive via courier – if you are not going to be in, you must leave clear instructions on where the parcel can be left.

Please note that on the rare occasion there has been a problem with your delivery arriving on the expected day, the courier will re deliver the next day. We pack all our meat so that this potential delay will not have an impact on the meat.

All our orders are delivered in chilled recycled boxes that are insulated by the innovative product Woolcool© a eco-friendly and highly sustainable packaging.
