Our Kid Meat is fully traceable – we really are farm to fork – all the meat we sell has been raised by us, so we know exactly how it has been reared from start to finish. All our kids are reared to the highest standards without compromise. We source all our Billy Kids from one High Health Status Dairy Unit. Our Billy Kids are free range and we rear them in as natural an environment as possible on a grass based diet.

Our Cut of the Month
Award Winning Whole Leg of Kid
Recognised in the 2014 Great Taste Awards with a Gold Star.
The whole leg is fantastic and can be roasted or slow cooked. When roasted, it is a little harder to carve than off the bone, but has a beautiful flavour from being cooked on the bone. It can also be cooked long and slow as well and will just melt off the bone.
