Description

Award Winning Loin Chops

Recognised in the 2017 Great Taste Awards with a Gold Star with comments including: ‘The meat is flavoursome’ and ‘beautifully butchered’.

Our loin chops are cut as Barnsley chops and packed in pairs unless specifically requested. They lend themselves to being grilled or fried and work beautifully on the BBQ.

We butcher every week and so if we do not have your cut in stock it will be available with the next week’s butchery and we only charge you for the exact weight of your cut – not an average weight.

All our orders are delivered in chilled recycled boxes that are insulated by the innovated product Woolcool© a eco-friendly and highly sustainable packaging.
