Since starting the business in the Summer of 2013 we have received a lot of coverage for the how and why we rear Billy Kids, the interest has spanned from articles in Broadsheets, Weekend Supplements and Lifestyle Magazines to Food and Agricultural Publications. At times it has been very surreal, due to having been featured on several TV shows – it is official – Orlando Bloom is a convert to Kid Meat! It has been so important for us to raise the awareness of the Billy Kid and through the media coverage, we hope to be able to spread the word and stop the waste.
