The French rack can be cut into cutlets either by us or by you after cooking.
One french rack will feed two people for a main course or can be used as a starter or tester for more!
We butcher every week and so if we do not have your cut in stock it will be available with the next week’s butchery and we only charge you for the exact weight of your cut – not an average weight.
All our orders are delivered in chilled recycled boxes that are insulated by the innovated product Woolcool© a eco-friendly and highly sustainable packaging.
