Kid Breast

This is very good value and can be bought whole (with baby ribs attached) or boned and rolled.

This can be butchered and sold whole (with baby ribs attached) or boned and rolled. It needs long slow cooking and is best braised down and then thinly sliced and fried on a high heat – the effect is like crispy duck and when frying you introduce spices or herbs….

We butcher every week and so if we do not have your cut in stock it will be available with the next week’s butchery and we only charge you for the exact weight of your cut – not an average weight.
