The boned and rolled kid shoulder makes for an easier roast to carve than a whole joint and could be halved so you could freeze one half down for another time. It lends itself best to being cooked long and slow after which it will simply fall off the bone. It can be used for alternative to the popular ‘pulled pork’.
We butcher every week and so if we do not have your cut in stock it will be available with the next week’s butchery and we only charge you for the exact weight of your cut – not an average weight.
