Your selection will include:
1 x rack (can be cut into cutlets if required)

1 x whole leg

4 x loin chops (packed in pairs)
All the cuts will be average weights and the joints will all feed up to 6 people. All cuts are vac packed and can be frozen.
All our orders are delivered in recycled cardboard boxes that are insulated by the innovated product Woolcool© an eco-friendly and highly sustainable packaging, the meat is kept cool with ice blocks that can be placed back into your freezer and re used.
