Award Winning French Rack/Cutlets

Recognised in the 2014 Great Taste Awards with a Gold Star and the 2019 Great Taste Awards with two Gold Stars. The French Rack is such a treat, it can be enjoyed pink or medium rare.

The French rack can be cut into kid cutlets either by us or by you after cooking. One rack will feed two people for a main course or the kid cutlets can be used as a starter or tester for more!

We butcher every week and so if we do not have your cut in stock it will be available with the next week’s butchery and we only charge you for the exact weight of your cut – not an average weight.

All our orders are delivered in chilled recycled boxes that are insulated by the innovated product Woolcool© a eco-friendly and highly sustainable packaging.
