£30.00 for butchery
The most cost-effective way of buying kid meat is to buy the whole Kid carcass, it can be butchered for you or kept whole and you will receive a full set of offal. If butchered all the cuts will be vac packed and labelled so ready for the freezer. The butchery service is bespoke to your order.
You will pay by the weight of the carcass and the butchery is charged in addition. The average weight is 14-16kg and the meat will be hung on the hook for 1 week unless otherwise requested.
All our orders are delivered in recycled cardboard boxes that are insulated by the innovated product Woolcool© an eco-friendly and highly sustainable packaging, the meat is kept cool with ice blocks that can be placed back into your freezer and re used.
