Dice
Our premium dice is a mix of neck, shoulder, breast and some leg for the perfect balance. Equally any of the listed cuts can be diced on their own and will be charged at their normal whole cut price – please ask if preferred.
We cut our dice into large chunks designed to be cooked long and slow – this way the meat will not disappear into the sauce. All our dice options can be done on the bone if preferred.
We butcher every week and so if we do not have your cut in stock it will be available with the next week’s butchery and we only charge you for the exact weight of your cut – not an average weight.
All our orders are delivered in chilled recycled boxes that are insulated by the innovated product Woolcool© a eco-friendly and highly sustainable packaging.
