Boned and Rolled Loin

This is a very versatile cut and makes for a great mini roast.

The rolled kid loin can be simply roast as it comes or it can be unrolled and stuffed and then re tied. A rolled loin will feed two people comfortably.

We butcher every week and so if we do not have your cut in stock it will be available with the next week’s butchery and we only charge you for the exact weight of your cut – not an average weight.

All our orders are delivered in chilled recycled boxes that are insulated by the innovated product Woolcool© a eco-friendly and highly sustainable packaging.
